How long does it take to process an order?
After your order has been confirmed, our Quality Control team will make sure each piece of apparel is ready to ship. This process will take 7 business days and your order will be then shipped immediately. In order to process your order ASAP, please provide your contact number and address when placing an order.Please note that some designer styles can take 3-4 weeks to ship
What do I do if I placed an order but never received a confirmation email？
Please check your spam folder, and add WHOLESALE50 to your address book to ensure you receive important emails from us. If there is no email in your spam folder please contact us via email at service@wholesale50.com ASAP.
What to do if I entered a wrong address during checkout?
Please send us an email at service@wholesale50.com or WhatsApp us at +852 62739435 for a shipping address change within 48 hours after purchase. We may not be able to change the address after shipment has been made.

Unfortunately, WHOLESALE50 does not offer dropshipping.
How does WHOLESALE50 charge shipping?/How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost at WHOLESALE50 is based on weight of your order instead of quantity of products. This is to ensure cost-effectiveness and reduce logistics costs. We provide two different logistic plans.
One is our standard plan which is budget-friendly, the other is our priority plan which has a faster shipping rate.

Freight rates start at $30.00/kg for the standard plan and $42.5/kg for the priority plan.
Will the order be shipped out separately?
Normally items in one order with the same recipient and address will be shipped together.
In certain situations, they will be shipped separately depending on the stock in our US warehouse. Some items will be shipped directly from our manufacturers in China and some will be shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles.
If you ordered pre-order products, they will be shipped individually to make sure you receive part of the items first.
Do you have any offices or warehouses?
We have offices and warehouses in London, United Kingdom and Los Angeles, United States
Who do I contact if there are items missing from my shipment?
If there are any items missing from your order please contact us via email customerservice@wholesale50.com .Once we have confirmed the missing items within the order we will ship them immediately.
How to track my parcel? / How do I track my online order?
After your order is dropped off at the respective shipping providers, an email with tracking details including a shipping ID will be sent to you. You will be able to track the status of the order by entering the Shipping ID into DHL’s web portal.
Customers can return the parcel within 7 days after receiving it only if there is any quality issue. All items must be new, unworn, unused and must have the original package intact or we will not accept the return. We will refund or exchange the products once we have checked the condition of items. Customers will also need to pay for the return cost by themselves.
When can I apply for a refund?
You can apply for a refund under these circumstances:
1. The whole package is lost and has not been delivered; we will then send a replacement package or offer a full refund.
2. The products received are defects and have been damaged. We will then offer a refund or an exchange.
3. If case there is no problem with the products but the buyer does not want them anymore, buyer must first ship the items back before we process the refund.

Customers are allowed to use images for purchases from us, but use for any commercial events or social media platforms is prohibited.
Are items available in mixed color packs?
No, item color is selected one at a time. If you would like to order multiples colors of one product, please purchase separately.
Can I use discount codes for items on sale?
You will see the final price that is automatically discounted when you check out. Please note discounts only apply to full price items.
